Super Stress Relief is a handcrafted set of worry beads of Lepidolite, Hematite, Clear Quartz, and .925 Sterling Silver. This set of beads is approximately 8" long. The beads on this strand do not move; they are meant to run your fingers over, as with traditional malas, rosaries and many other types of beads.

This particular set is for relieving stress and anxiety, both by giving you something to do with your hands, and by the properties of the stones. Although I call them comfort beads here, they are also called worry beads, fidget beads, or when used for spiritual ends, meditation beads or prayer beads. They are easy to carry in a pocket or pouch, and can help you de-stress any time.

In alignment with the properties of the stone, I craft this set of beads with the prayer and intent that the wearer be blessed with relief from all types of stresses and anxieties.
