Ground & Center is a handcrafted set of worry beads of Hematite, Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Pyrite, and .925 Sterling Silver. This set of beads is approximately 6.75 " long. Although I call them comfort beads here, they are also called worry beads, fidget beads, or when used for spiritual ends, meditation beads or prayer beads. The beads on this strand do not move; they are meant to run your fingers over, as with traditional malas, rosaries and many other types of beads. They are easy to carry in a pocket or pouch, and can help you de-stress by grounding and centering any time.

Bracelets are available in 6 inch, 7 inch, and 8 inch sizes, but If you need a different size, choose the 6 inch size and let me know the actual size needed in the comments area when you check out.

In alignment with the properties of the stone, I craft this set of beads with the prayer and intent that the wearer be blessed with grounding and centering within him(her)self.
