Ground & Center is a handcrafted bracelet of worry beads of Hematite, Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Pyrite, and .925 Sterling Silver. Although I call them comfort beads here, they are also called worry beads, fidget beads, or when used for spiritual ends, meditation beads or prayer beads. The beads on this strand do not move; they are meant to run your fingers over, as with traditional malas, rosaries and many other types of beads. They are easy to carry since you wear them, and can help you de-stress by grounding and centering any time.

In alignment with the properties of the stone, I craft this bracelet with the prayer and intent that the wearer be blessed with grounding and centering within him(her)self.
