Elements is a handcrafted set of comfort beads / worry beads of Clear Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Carnelian, Tiger's Eye, and Green Aventurine, and .925 Sterling Silver and made into a bracelet for you. This particular set is for meditation and ritual work with the five Elements: Air, Fire, Earth, Water and Akasha / Spirit.

Although I call them comfort beads / worry beads here, they are also called fidget beads, or when used for spiritual ends, meditation beads or prayer beads. The beads on this bracelet do not move significantly; they are meant to run your fingers over, as with traditional malas, rosaries and many other types of beads. They are easy to carry, since you wear them, and can help you de-stress and bring elemental energies any time, as well as allowing you to wear the energies of the stones.

In alignment with the properties of the stone, I craft this set of beads with the prayer and intent that the wearer be blessed with elemental energies.
